Lima Elks #54/ WOAL Championship Swim Meet
The Lima Elks Lodge #54 sponsored the WOAL (Western Ohio Aquatic League) Championship Swim Meet on July 15th and 16th, at the Wapakoneta pool. Over 600 swimmers representing 8 swim teams from 4 counties participated in this event.
Winner who placed 7th through 12th received ribbons. Our Lodge members presented medallions to the top six winners of each event. In addition, the 1st place winner for each individual and relay event received a t-shirt.
The Memorial Relay was won by Wapak, the Sportsmanship award went to Bluffton, and the winning team was Westside.
